Job Responsibilities:
Possess exceptional visual design skills that demonstrate excellence in the core principles of typography, layout, color, interaction, etc.
Experience using tools such as Especially Figma (Must be master with auto layout, Component, nested Component, Photoshop, Illustrator).
Creative ideas with problem-solving mindset. Hands-on experience creating wireframes, prototypes, storyboards, user flows, etc.
Excellent English communication skills (especially written, as most of the communication is done via Slack)
Ease in web & app-based information architecture and design, as well as strong knowledge of usability principles & methods.
Strong portfolio to be presented and design thinking articulated during the interview.
Additional Requirements:
Be a great team player, Continually keep yourself and your design team
Updated with the latest changes in your industry’s standards.
Strong understanding of culture and trends in design and UI best practices
Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to development team
Work closely with the development team to ensure that designs are implemented accurately and efficiently
Capability to work fit in teams with members of different circumstances beyond design.
Educational Requirements:
Graduate from any acknowledged institution. If you have skills we don’t care about your educational background because we love to work with skilled & creative people.
Compensation & Other Benefits:
Office time: 10 AM to 7 PM.
Working Days: Sunday to Thursday.
Weekend: Friday & Saturday
