Onboarding Curriculum Vitae (CV) Collection:Â
CV collection is a process where our responsible departments collect resumes from interested candidates. Our human resources department is responsible for it. The onboarding specialists of our company coordinate and organize the onboarding method for new employees in our company. They collect CVs based on Orangetoolz’s authority demands unbiasedly from our job portal and other reliable sources.
CV Sorting
CV sorting is finding qualified candidates perfect for a definite role. We sort the collected CVs based on their education, skills, experience, and other information enclosed with the candidate’s resume.
CV screening
At this stage, we decide whether a candidate is fit or unfit for going forward to the next stage of our recruiting process. We eliminate those candidates that don’t fulfill the minimum requirements for the advertised position.
Online Assessment
We arrange a virtual exam for the candidates. Most of the time, this exam is MCQ based on problem-solving and focused on the basics.
Online Interview
Candidates who pass the online exam must sit a preliminary online verbal exam. This exam is based on familiarization with each other. You may even have to join one or two brief discussions over the phone.
Office Interview
As our final assessment, we arrange a physical interview at our office. During this verbal interview, you have to face more difficult questions on your soft skills, career history, thought mentorship, interests, creativity, motivation, teamwork, and problem-solving capabilities.
It may seem rigorous, but our management is friendly and grateful to the candidates. They always welcome the candidates warmly and allow them to know about us.
We always try to assess your skill and justify whether you and your role in our organization match. But don’t worry about it because here, no brain-teasing questions are asked, even if you might have some entertainment on the interview board.
In the end, the interview board asks some open-ended topics to learn about your problem-solving capacity, how your sense works, how you deal with a squad, and your major strengths.
Job Offer
After evaluating all assessments, we procure everything on a table, from the candidate’s application to the final interviews, and analyze it.
If our recruitment team concludes that you are a promising candidate for the position, our recruiter will contact you with a proposal.
